A custom website may need more than public pages. It can include secure user areas, record management, staff dashboards, content publishing, product controls, notifications, forms, permissions, or connections to selected services. The right architecture depends on who uses the system, what information it holds, and what each user should be allowed to do.

Plan the administration panel from the inside out
A useful backend should make ordinary tasks clear. For each type of information, decide who can create it, who can view it, which fields are required, how it changes status, and whether an email or other action should follow. Those decisions are more valuable than simply asking for an “admin panel.”
The accepted scope can then specify the exact screens and controls to be built. Changes that introduce new users, records, workflows, integrations, or a different business direction are additional scope rather than revisions to the approved feature.
Security, privacy, and third-party limits matter
Custom systems can create additional responsibilities when they collect personal information, handle regulated activity, or rely on third-party services. Use test or de-identified information during development whenever possible. Do not send payment-card data, government identifiers, health records, production customer databases, or other sensitive information unless a separate written arrangement specifically authorizes it.
Hosting level, backups, availability, ongoing maintenance, licenses, service subscriptions, and compliance work are separate unless written into the accepted scope.

The package includes unlimited organized revision lists during active development only for the approved scope. New features or a change in direction are not revisions.

It covers the custom website and administration features documented in the accepted scope. A request outside that scope can require a separate quote before additional work begins.
