Our commitment
CertLev aims to make its public sales site and project portal usable by people with disabilities. The delivered platform uses semantic headings, labeled forms, keyboard-accessible controls, visible focus treatment, sufficient layout spacing, reduced-motion support and responsive design as a technical starting point.
Standards and ongoing work
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 as a reference point, while recognizing that accessibility is an ongoing process and that conformance depends on content, third-party tools, configuration and testing. No automated tool or template alone can guarantee conformance for every user or jurisdiction.
Known limitations
Third-party payment pages, documents, client-supplied content and external services may have separate accessibility limitations. Clients are responsible for final content, alternative text, captions, document accessibility, language and jurisdiction-specific requirements unless those services are included in scope.
Feedback and assistance
Contact support@certlev.com with the page, task, assistive technology if relevant, and the difficulty encountered. We will respond in a reasonable time and offer an accessible alternative where practicable.
Formal requests
Requests relating to personal information may be submitted through the Privacy Request page or to support@certlev.com.
