Effective date: July 27, 2026.
1. Lawful instructions and content
You may not use CertLev to create, host, conceal or promote unlawful, fraudulent, materially deceptive, infringing, defamatory, malicious, exploitative, harassing or unauthorized content or activity.
2. Prohibited technical activity
Do not submit or request malware, ransomware, credential theft, destructive scripts, exploit kits, phishing, spam systems, unauthorized surveillance, denial-of-service functionality, security-control evasion or access to systems without authorization. Authorized security testing requires a separate written scope.
3. Rights in materials
You must own or have permission to use every logo, image, font, recording, document, dataset, testimonial, trademark, code sample, product description and other material you provide. Do not request an imitation that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, trade-dress or contractual rights.
4. Regulated and high-risk projects
Projects involving health, finance, credit, insurance, legal services, employment screening, children, education records, biometrics, precise location, government services, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, adult services, political advertising, high-risk artificial intelligence or other regulated activity require advance written review and may be declined. Acceptance is not a legal-compliance opinion.
5. Personal and sensitive data
Use test or de-identified data during development whenever possible. Do not provide payment-card data, bank login credentials, Social Security numbers, government IDs, medical records, children’s data, biometric templates or production customer databases unless a signed scope and appropriate security and data-processing terms expressly authorize it.
6. Credentials
You must be authorized to provide each account, domain, server, repository, API and other credential. Use role-based or temporary access, enable multi-factor authentication and revoke or rotate access after handoff.
7. Enforcement
CertLev may request clarification or proof, quarantine a file, require safer test data, suspend work, preserve evidence, report credible threats or unlawful activity, and terminate a project as allowed by the Terms.
